Mr. Hitesh is a founder of Hitesh Wadhwani and Associates; he is Company Secretary by profession besides this he is a qualified social auditor who holds a graduation degree in LAW and Commerce along with certification on financial markets. He has more than a decade of experience in Compliance, Legal and Taxation matters also in depth knowledge in financial markets providing advisory to the issuer company. He has independently handled diverse assignments in EOW, SEBI, Income Tax and GST for different groups in various states of India with complete satisfaction of clients.
Ms. Vineeta
Ms. Vineeta is Co-Founder of Hitesh Wadhwani and Associates; she is a Qualified Chartered Accountant by Profession along with Graduation and Masters in Commerce. She is associated with one of the leading Financial Institutions in India, also lead team looking over Direct Taxation in large cap real estate entity. Her area of Expertise includes strong domain knowledge of Finance, Taxation, Underwriting, Audits, Accounting and Tax Planning.
