Mr. Hitesh is a founder of Hitesh Wadhwani and Associates; he is Company Secretary by profession besides this he hold graduation degree in LAW and Commerce along with certification on financial markets. He has more than a decade of experience in Compliance, Legal and Taxation matters also in depth knowledge in financial markets providing advisory to the issuer company. He has independently handled diverse assignments in EOW, SEBI, Income Tax and GST for different groups in various states of India with complete satisfaction of clients.
Ms. Vineeta
Institutions in India, also lead team looking over Direct Taxation in large cap real estate entity. Her area of Expertise includes strong domain knowledge of Finance, Taxation, Underwriting, Audits, Accounting and Tax Planning.
Mr. Arvind
Mr Arvind is Semi Qualified Company Secretary; he also holds graduation in bachelors of Finance Management. Dedicated to serve clients with all their needs in timely manner he has experience of process management since inception to implementation of the policies. His forte includes Incorporation of Companies, LLP and conversion of Companies in to LLP and LLP in to Company, Liaisoning with various statutory authorities.

Mr. Mukesh is a LAW Graduate and Semi qualified Company Secretary along with this he also holds graduation degree in commerce. His Associations includes Tech Companies, Service Sector and Pharma Industries. He has strong practical approach towards Secretarial Compliances, legal matters and related documentations; he has been successful for achieving various assignments positively on behalf of clients from EOW, SEBI and Local Police Station.
Mr. Avinash Ahire
Mr. Avinash Ahire holds degree in Bachelor of Commerce. He has more than a decade experience with one of the leading Chartered Accountants firm.
He has also facilitated loans to many clients. He has in-depth practical experience in dealing with Statutory Authorities and Banks.
